Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of course enrollments and store products from Dhas Education Pvt Ltd (“Dhas Education”, “we”, “us”). It is designed to be clear and consistent with how digital products are delivered on our platform and with the policies of our payment partners.

1. Merchant of Record (online checkout)

Our order process for card and other online checkout is conducted by an authorized Merchant of Record partner. That partner provides customer service inquiries and handles refunds for those transactions in accordance with its refund policy.

This includes course enrollments and store products when you pay through online checkout.

2. Refund eligibility (online checkout)

Unless a higher standard is required by applicable law in your country, the following applies to purchases completed through online checkout:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Refund requests for online checkout orders should be submitted through the payment support link provided in your checkout receipt.
  • Submitting a request within the 14-day period does not guarantee a refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined in line with applicable refund policies.
  • If a refund is approved, access to the relevant course or store product will cease.

Where local consumer protection laws grant you additional statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply and are not limited by this Policy.

3. Technical issues and product defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing a course or store product as described, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved, and your purchase was made through online checkout, you may also contact payment support as described in Section 2. Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, refunds may be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and partner refund policies.

4. Fraud and abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This applies to online-checkout orders and to bank-transfer orders handled by Dhas Education.

5. Bank transfer payments (MVR)

Some course batches may be paid by bank transfer in MVR instead of online checkout. For those orders, Dhas Education processes payment verification and fulfillment.

  • You may contact us at [email protected] to request a refund within 14 days of the date your payment is confirmed by our team.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are returned to the account from which payment was received, once we have verified the original transaction.
  • Refund requests for bank-transfer orders should include your full name, account email, course or product name, and payment reference or transfer details.

6. Digital delivery

Courses and store products are digital goods. Access or download links are typically provided after payment is confirmed (immediately for online checkout, or after verification for bank transfer). By completing checkout, you acknowledge how and when delivery occurs as described on the relevant product or enrollment page.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
